Shipping Policy

Rukhsar currently ships from Canada to Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package details and the shipping services available for your destination.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

During launches, promotional periods or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may occasionally take longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where applicable.

Shipping Within Canada

Orders shipped within Canada are not subject to international customs duties.

Available shipping services and rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package details and selected delivery service.

Applicable Canadian sales taxes are calculated separately at checkout where required.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after your order has been dispatched and do not include processing time.

Shipping to the United States

Shipping rates to the United States are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package details and available carrier service.

U.S. Duties & Import Taxes

For U.S. orders, applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout where required.

Rukhsar fulfills applicable U.S. shipments using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service when duties have been collected at checkout.

This means that applicable import duties collected through checkout are prepaid as part of the shipment, helping reduce unexpected duty charges when your order arrives.

Customs authorities make the final determination regarding the classification, value and duties applicable to imported merchandise.

Shipping to the United Kingdom

Shipping rates to the United Kingdom are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package details and available shipping service.

UK VAT, Customs Duties & Import Charges

Rukhsar does not currently ship United Kingdom orders using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service.

For qualifying lower-value orders, UK VAT may be collected at checkout where required under UK tax rules.

For orders or shipments subject to import VAT, customs duties or other import charges upon arrival in the United Kingdom, these charges are not prepaid by Rukhsar.

The recipient is responsible for paying any applicable:

• Import VAT

• Customs duties

• Customs clearance charges

• Carrier or brokerage handling fees

These charges may need to be paid to the carrier or customs authority before the parcel is delivered or released.

For shipments to Great Britain with a consignment value above £135, normal import VAT and customs rules generally apply.

Rukhsar does not control the amount charged by UK customs authorities or delivery carriers and cannot predict every charge that may apply to an individual shipment.

By placing an order for delivery to the United Kingdom, you acknowledge that additional import charges may apply where they have not been collected at checkout.

Calculated Shipping Rates

Rukhsar uses calculated shipping rates rather than a single fixed shipping fee.

The shipping amount displayed at checkout may vary depending on factors such as:

• Destination

• Package weight

• Package dimensions

• Carrier

• Shipping service

• Delivery speed

The shipping rate available during checkout is the applicable shipping charge for that order.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times displayed during checkout are estimates provided by the applicable carrier.

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside Rukhsar's control, including:

• Weather

• Carrier delays

• Customs processing

• Peak holiday periods

• Service interruptions

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

Customs processing for international orders may also extend the estimated delivery period.

Tracking

Where a tracked shipping service is selected, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time after receiving your shipping confirmation for the carrier's tracking system to update.

Customs Information

International orders require customs documentation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Rukhsar will declare shipments using the appropriate product description, value, country of origin and customs information required for the shipment.

We will not intentionally declare an incorrect value or mark a commercial order as a gift in order to avoid taxes, duties or customs charges.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please review your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at info@rukhsar.ca.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the carrier network.

Additional shipping or return costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Refused or Unclaimed International Orders

If an international shipment is refused, left unclaimed or returned because applicable import charges were not paid, any non-refundable shipping, return-shipping, customs, duty, tax or carrier charges incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your tracking has not updated for an unusual period or your order has exceeded the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@rukhsar.ca and include your order number.

We will review the shipment and, where appropriate, assist with a carrier investigation.
